Our work with Friska began years ago when they were a small start-up coffee shop in Bristol - now with  seven sites in Bristol, one in Birmingham and others in the pipeline they have shown they're different from the rest. Working with Kenton Simons of Story Design and owners Griff Holland and Ed Brown to develop a store layout to give customers a great experience and to help staff in any way we can.

With a custom-designed preperation station designed by Gerry Oakley, Rational Self Cooking Centre combis and Control Induction units back of house, and bespoke front and back counters built by Bridge Catering Fabrication with a polished concrete worktop, Friska stores have an eyecatching look and a menu to back it up.

With an emphasis on great food, great coffee and great service, Friska are making a real name for themselves, shown by winning Best Ethical Restaurant in the 2014 OFM Awards for their drive for social responsibility.
